Five Barre & Pilates inspired workouts that will leave you shakin' and burning durning each class. This playful full body Sculpt series is ideal to help improve your form and posture, while building a strong body and mind connection. Expect to sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, alongside some good-vibe playlists and challenging exercises. Follow the level guide below for efficiency and optimum results.

- Barre/Chair (or any similar form of support)
- Light weights (optional)
- Resistance Band (optional)

Taking on the challenge? For optimum results we've created a level guide for beginners, intermediate and advanced.
Level guide:
Beginners — complete 5 workouts in 14 days, with a minimum of 1 rest day after each workout.
Intermediate — complete 5 workouts in 10 days, working out every other day.
Advanced — complete 5 workouts in 8 days, with a maximum of 2 workout days in a row.

    Foundation x Burn is a combination of our Barre Burn class topped off with our classic Tone exercises: ideal to improve your form + tone and strengthen the body. We'll be working in 3 sections: lower body, core, arms/shoulders.

  • Fierce Abs + Booty Flow || 26min

    This upbeat Pilates & sculpt workout helps strengthen and define your abs, while toning and sculpting the lower body. Expect a playful sequence that will make you break a sweat in no time! Stick around for a short post-class meditation and stretch.

  • Booty, Hips & Thighs Burn || 25min

    This 25 minute workout is focused on sculpting and toning your glutes, hips & thighs. Prepare for a playful, intense burn!
